Terms & Conditions – Pixel Orbit

1. General Agreement

By engaging with Pixel Orbit (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and fairness in all projects.

2. Project Scope & Requirements

All project requirements, deliverables, and timelines must be finalized and approved before the project begins.
Any changes, additions, or revisions requested after approval will be considered out of scope and may incur additional charges.

3. Support Policy

We provide one-time complimentary support after the project is completed and all requirements have been delivered.
Support includes minor bug fixes or adjustments related to the original project scope.
Any additional support, maintenance, or changes requested beyond this will be billed separately.

4. Third-Party Services & Integrations

We may use third-party platforms, APIs, or tools (such as Meta API, Google, Shopify, WordPress, etc.) as part of your project.
We are not responsible for any downtime, restrictions, suspensions, or limitations caused by third-party providers.
If a third-party service changes its terms, pricing, or functionality, necessary updates will be treated as new tasks and billed accordingly.

5. Payment Terms

Project work will begin only after the agreed advance payment is received.
Remaining payments must be cleared before final delivery or deployment.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Ownership & Deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client.
Source files, access credentials, or raw data may be shared only after full payment is confirmed.

7. Liability Limitation

Pixel Orbit shall not be liable for any loss of data, profit, or business interruption caused by misuse, client-side changes, or third-party issues.
We make every effort to ensure quality and stability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party systems.

8. Confidentiality

All shared information, credentials, and project details will remain confidential and will not be shared with any external party without consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are delayed beyond agreed timelines.
The client fails to provide required information or approvals.
The project scope is significantly altered without mutual consent.

10. Acceptance

By proceeding with our services or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
